1. Agreement
By browsing vunpelo.com or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on the site. Vunpelo is operated by Guangzhou Fengpei Trading Co., Ltd. Applicable consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain in force.
2. Products and Descriptions
Each product page identifies the offered item, its available options, price and key descriptive details. Product colors can look different depending on screen settings. Products are available only while inventory is listed as available. We correct material listing errors when identified and contact affected customers where an existing order is impacted.
3. Orders and Acceptance
You provide accurate delivery, billing and contact information at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; fulfillment follows successful payment and inventory confirmation. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we contact you and issue a refund for the unavailable goods using the original payment method.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed on product pages and confirmed at checkout. Shipping fees, taxes and the final payable amount are shown before you submit payment. Payment methods are those displayed in the checkout interface. Payment transactions are processed by the checkout payment service providers.
5. Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Processing is estimated at 1–3 business days and transport at 12–15 business days after dispatch. A delivery date is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival time. We will comply with applicable consumer rights in cases of non-delivery or material delay.
6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy provides a 30-day request period after delivery and sets out the product condition requirements, return shipment responsibility, and refund procedure. Cancellations are available before order processing or dispatch when the order can still be stopped. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not interfere with site security, submit false orders, use stolen payment credentials, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, scrape personal data or misuse our website to violate applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
The site's original text, design and brand presentation belong to Vunpelo or their respective rights holders. Product images and third-party trademarks remain with their owners. You can use the site for personal shopping and ordinary reference, not unauthorized commercial republication.
9. Site Availability and Liability
We maintain the storefront and correct identified operational errors. Temporary access interruptions and third-party service disruptions can occur. Our liability is limited only to the extent allowed by applicable law; we do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, defective products, or non-excludable consumer guarantees.
10. Governing Rules
These terms are administered by Guangzhou Fengpei Trading Co., Ltd., based in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. Applicable mandatory consumer protection, payment and privacy laws in the customer's jurisdiction continue to apply.
