What is Vunpelo?
Vunpelo is an online store for kitchen tools, household products, useful accessories and everyday merchandise. The store is operated by Guangzhou Fengpei Trading Co., Ltd.
Where can I browse everything available?
Visit All Products. Each product listing contains the current price, images and available options.
How do I place an order?
Open the product page, choose any required options, add the item to your cart, enter a complete shipping address and finish payment using a payment method displayed at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Paid orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Estimated standard transit takes 12–15 business days after dispatch. The complete estimated window is 13–18 business days. Read our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free for orders with a merchandise subtotal of USD $40 or more after product discounts and before tax and shipping.
How do I track an order?
Tracking information is sent by email after the parcel is handed to the carrier and tracking is generated. Check the inbox associated with your order for the shipping notice.
Can I return an item?
Return requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Unused, complete items in original condition qualify for change-of-mind returns, except for the exclusions stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email service@vunpelo.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. We cover necessary return shipping for our errors and provide the applicable replacement or refund remedy.
How long do refunds take?
We process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Additional posting time depends on the card issuer or payment service.
Where do I send a return?
Start the request by emailing service@vunpelo.com. Our team will give you the correct return destination. The company's registered office is not a return warehouse.
